To play multiplayer on LAN (two computers in the same house), one person should type a port (recommended: 7000) and click "host". The person clicking "host" should find their local IP by following these steps

The person joining should type in that IP, then a colon :, then the port that the host entered. Then the host can pick the mode and start the game.
To play multiplayer over the internet, one person has to forward a port. Follow the steps from both of these pages:

Then internet search "what is my ip" to get your public ip, and give it + the port to a friend. That friend doesn't need to follow any of the extra port forwarding steps to join the game.

really fun and challenging!
a remake of one of the most cursed puzzle games i've ever played that adds some of the most cursed multiplayer i can imagine. the perfect mix of delightful and loathsome. in being a remake of the Wipeout mode of "It's Mr. Pants," one of the most losable games of all time, Dr. Thongs positions itself as a bold statement that all of the things we do matter, that every attempt to clean up the naughty mess has meaning
